41% percent of Onco-Ballet's New York City participants are living with MBC (Metastatic Breast Cancer). We had the opportunity to center the voices of people living with MBC highlighting the importance of representing survivorship as an ongoing experience that may include indefinite treatment.

Participants who wished to share their stories were invited to speak about living with MBC and the ways Onco-Ballet has supported them throughout their ongoing cancer journeys. This ensured that survivorship was represented not as a single endpoint, but as a diverse and continuing experience.
